John Gillespie, Glasgow proved they are a force to be reckoned with last night, as the team rose to the challenge and won a coveted place in the L'Oréal Colour Trophy Grand Final. Glen Fettes and Ashley Rattray displayed skill and innovation in a beautiful blonde creation, impressing the judges and pushing them one step further towards the mighty accolade.
"At the beginning of the year, the big news for colour was brunette so we were keen to explore where this would lead explained lead colourist Glen, "Golden blonde tones really appealed to us and the sixties were a big influence as you can see from the choppy, page-boy bob and 'Factory Girl' styling.
Their efforts in the preparation and execution of the look paid off, and both Glen and Ashley are delighted at the prospect of competing against the other L'Oréal Colour Trophy Grand Finalists in May.
Speaking of their winning moment, Glenn commented 'I almost went deaf from the cheers. We were ecstatic, it was a very special moment and we're now looking forward to the next phase of this incredible journey.
