Biography

As three times winner of the British Hairdressing Award's Southern Hairdresser of the Year, Hall of Fame Member, Cosmopolitan Style Award winner and part of the team that won Artistic Team of the Year, Robert Smith knows a thing or two about compeitions, what judges look for and also - equally importantly - what clients in the salon really want.

Robert is Managing Director of the award-winning Haringtons Group.  With twelve salons in the UK, 8 in South Africa and two more impending franchise salons, when not focussing on the development and running of the successful Artistic Team and working on clients, Robert spends the rest of his time concentrating on the day-to-day running of the business and the building and developing of the rapidly expanding South East based salon chain.
