The team at Sassy&Co are celebrating a double-win, having made it through to the Grand Final in two award categories. Matt Slegg leads the team in the L'Oréal Professionnel Colour Trophy Men's Image Award, proving he's got what it takes when it comes to predicting catwalk inspired looks for male clients.
Matt Slegg explains the inspiration behind his striking men's image: "We took a lot of influence from the catwalk collection by Dolce&Gabbbana and their slick sophisticated design style. The colour really brings out the shine in the hair and works in harmony with the style.
Like many competitors, Matt experienced the nail-biting tension of this thrilling competition as he waited to hear his fate.
"The wait to hear who's won is so nerve-wracking,” explains Matt. "The Men's Image Award was announced first and it's difficult to describe how amazing it felt to hear the salon name called out for a second time in the women's category.”
