Vikki Holland and Daryl Greenaway's success in the Southern Regional Final brings the total number of Toni&Guy Grand Finalists to an impressive four! Their instinctive knack for predicting forthcoming trends proves that they are more than a match for any competitor.

Vikki and Daryl explain the inspiration behind their striking image: "Having studied the catwalks for Autumn/Winter 08/09 we were keen to develop a look that reflected the romantic gothic influence that came through in collections by Alexander McQueen and Gareth Pugh. The cool, pearlescent hair colour made the look soft, feminine and wearable.”

The tense moments during judging were almost too much for Vikki to bear. She just couldn't work out if their look was a hit or a miss with the judges as she explains;

"Our model was scrutinised by the judges and seemed to be up and down the catwalk more than any other competitor,” said Vikki. "We were quietly confident but still couldn't believe it when our name was announced. It was an amazing feeling!”
