
The L’Oréal Professionnel Colour TrophyThe 2010 Brief
To create a female total look featuring a forward-thinking hair cut and finish complemented with skilfully executed beautiful colour inspired by one of the catwalk trends for Autumn / Winter 2010/2011.
How to enter:
Entrants can register with L’Oréal Professionnel from Monday 4th January 2010. All entrants must register with L’Oréal Professionnel by Monday 29th March 2010. Late entries will not be permitted. To register please call 01 604 5935.
To enter the L’Oréal Professionnel Colour Trophy each team must pay a €100 registration fee which will include all team ticket entries to the Eliminator event.
All titles and prizes are awarded to the salon rather than individuals within a team.
The team entering the L’Oréal Professionnel Colour Trophy should consist of no more than 4 people including the model and all members of the team must be Irish residents and be 16 years or over on closing date of registration, 29th March 2010.
Entrants must only use L’Oréal Professionnel Products on their models
The model, clothes, make-up and hairstyle must remain the same at both Eliminator and Grand Final stages.
Your model must have had a skin allergy test 48 hours before the colour application or have completed the L’Oréal ‘Professional Safety’ protocol.
The Eliminator:
At the Eliminator 16 teams will be selected to go through to the Grand Final.
The Grand Final:
Full information will be sent to you if you successfully qualify for the Grand Final.

L’Oréal Professionnel Next Generation Award in association with Creative HeadTo create a professional photographic front cover look that reflects the trends for Autumn / Winter 2010/2011. Your model can be male or female.
How to enter:
• Choose a team of three people who are all under 25 on the closing date of entry and create your photographic look
• Send two identical colour 10x8 copies of your photographic entry together with proof of age attached to the correct form provided
• All entries to reach L’Oréal Professionnel by Monday 29th March 2010. Late entries not permitted
• Pay the €100 entry fee – this will include all team ticket entries to the Eliminator – remember NO FEE, NO ENTRY
The Eliminator:
• Six entries will be selected by the Eliminator Judges and Creative HEAD to go through to the Grand Final
• To qualify for the Grand Final you must attend the Eliminator
The Grand Final:
The winner will be announced at this event

The Irish Tatler AwardThe Irish Tatler Award is about wearable trends. It’s for today’s trend-conscious women who are fashionable without wanting to look like they tried too hard. Presented in association with Irish Tatler Magazine, Ireland’s number one glossy, the award is open to the 16 Grand Finalists of the L’Oréal Professionnel Colour Trophy only, and is judged by Irish Tatler Magazine.
The Brief
A glossy, catwalk inspired, consumer look that readers will want to rip out of the magazine and take straight to their hairdresser.
